How do I book a ride?
Fill in a booking form or tap any “Book on WhatsApp” button. Your trip details open in WhatsApp, already written — just press send. We confirm availability and a firm price, usually within the hour.
Do I need to pay online?
No. There is no online payment and no prepayment. You pay your driver on board, as agreed on WhatsApp.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Transfers and private tours are priced per vehicle, for up to 7 passengers. Only the shared Chefchaouen tour is priced per person.
What if my flight or ferry is late?
We track arrivals in real time. Your driver adjusts to the actual arrival time at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up, and changes are easy on WhatsApp.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Just tell us the age of your children when you book.
Which languages do your drivers speak?
All our drivers speak Arabic and French. English- and Spanish-speaking drivers are available on request.
